CloudQ implemented the Zoho solution for the customers to manage the projects across Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator by building custom applications. The solution helped the client to track the status of various projects and business processes across multiple stages and assign tasks to different role-based users. We could sync the data between various Zoho products which was inconsistent initially.

The Client

The client belongs to the insurance claim industry where they mainly provide forensic engineering services to resolve property damage insurance claims and disputes due to alleged construction defects. They also offer structural design services in the construction industry where they review and inspect the feasibility of designs and drawings.

Key Challenges

The client handles multiple data related to forensic engineering services and structural design services. They approached us with a data set that was inconsistent between different Zoho products during project implementation. We observed concurrent workflow triggers between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM which caused lots of trouble during the implementation.

Data inconsistency and lack of data backup solutions required the development of a centralized solution like Work Drive.

The CloudQ Solution

We used Agile Methodology.

Agile Methodology helps us discover the customer initially required out of the solution implemented. We found out they wanted data synchronization between different Zoho products and canceled out concurrent workflow triggers between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.

Once the issue was found, we were able to develop integration solutions between different Zoho products, we eliminated the data inconsistency between Zoho products, created custom dashboards for different roles and profiles and Project Turn Around Time table for the multiple stages of the project.

We developed a Work Drive that allowed data backup and data availability of particular projects across any Zoho product which eliminates data inconsistency.

We presented multiple reviews to the clients to ensure we made the changes required along the way. Agile methodology helped us in breaking down the project into smaller chunks and then continuously delivering them in short two weeks cycles called iterations. In an agile development process, solutions are obtained by self-organizing teams which collaborate, discuss, and constantly strive to improve their working process and become more effective in what they do.
