OBJECTIVE

The project’s objective was to enhance client’s operational efficiency and accuracy by replacing manual systems with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Bigin CRM. This aimed to automate inventory management, accounting, and customer relationships, reducing errors and providing realtime data to streamline operations and simplify tax compliance.

    We adopted a phased approach to implement the software, starting with Zoho Inventory. For quicker results, a parallel implementation approach was also used, which required greater resources but accelerated the project timeline. The process involved:

    • Data Migration and CleanUp: Transferring data from Tally and Excel into the Zoho suite, ensuring that all information was accurate and properly organized.
    • Customization: Tailoring Zoho tools to the specific operational needs of the client.
