Mohammed Nayeem Moidu brings 3.5 years of professional experience in IT and Salesforce QA. He began his career with CloudQ, where he worked for 2.5 years before gaining additional experience as an IT Support Engineer at SQUARD Facilities Management LLC. His return to CloudQ reflects both his dedication to personal growth and his belief in the company’s collaborative culture. Known for his calm demeanor and passion for quality, Nayeem adds both technical expertise and enthusiasm to the Salesforce QA team.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations,experiences that inspire his curiosity and broaden his perspective.
Welcome back to CloudQ, Nayeem! How does it feel to rejoin the team after gaining experience elsewhere?
It feels great to be back at CloudQ! I’ve gained some valuable experience, and I’m really looking forward to contributing again.
Can you share a bit about your professional journey since you first started with CloudQ and what motivated your return?
After my first time at CloudQ, I spent some time improving my skills in Salesforce admin and QA, and also got some good exposure to IT operations. I realized I really enjoyed working in the Salesforce space and missed the environment at CloudQ, so I wanted to come back and keep growing with the team.
What new skills or experiences did you gain during your time away that you’re excited to apply in your Salesforce QA role now?
During my time away, I worked on strengthening my Salesforce admin and QA skills and got more hands-on with IT support and system management. I also learned to handle multiple tasks efficiently and improve coordination between teams,something I’m excited to bring into my QA role now.
You began your career with CloudQ,what makes the company special enough for you to come back?
CloudQ has always felt more like a family than just a workplace. The support, teamwork, and opportunities to learn here make it a great environment to grow both professionally and personally. That positive culture really motivated me to come back.
What do you find most rewarding about working in Salesforce QA?
For me, the best part is knowing that my work directly impacts the quality and reliability of what reaches the end user. Finding and fixing issues before they become bigger problems gives a real sense of accomplishment.
How do you approach ensuring quality, precision, and innovation in your Salesforce testing processes?
What I really like about working in Salesforce QA is knowing that what I do helps make the final product better for users. Catching and fixing issues before they turn into bigger problems feels really satisfying,it’s nice to see the difference good testing can make.
What’s one habit or routine that helps you stay productive and focused throughout your day?
I like to plan my day with a simple task checklist. Completing small tasks early gives me momentum for the rest of the day. I also take short breaks to reset my focus.
How do you approach challenges or problem-solving during complex testing or tight deadlines?
I stay calm and focus on breaking the problem into smaller parts. I also communicate early with my team if I foresee any blockers. Collaboration usually helps solve things faster and more efficiently.
Which personal quality or mindset do you think has helped you grow the most in your career?
Consistency and curiosity. I like to keep learning and exploring new ways to improve,even small things can make a big difference over time.
What’s your personal mantra or quote that inspires you every day?
“Stay humble and keep learning.” It reminds me that growth never stops.
Who has influenced your approach to work or career philosophy the most?
I’ve been lucky to work with mentors who valued teamwork and attention to detail. Their guidance taught me the importance of doing things right, not just fast.
In your opinion, what makes CloudQ’s work culture stand out compared to other places you’ve worked?
CloudQ encourages learning and collaboration. Everyone’s approachable, and there’s always support when you need it. It’s a place that truly values its people.
What’s your favorite part about collaborating with the CloudQ team?
The teamwork and communication. Everyone’s willing to help and share knowledge, which makes even challenging projects enjoyable.
What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work that help you unwind and stay motivated?
I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and keeping up with tech trends. It helps me relax and recharge.
How do your hobbies or interests help you stay creative and refreshed at work?
Travel and new experiences give me fresh perspectives. They help me think differently and find creative solutions at work.
What are you most looking forward to achieving as you continue your journey with CloudQ?
I’m looking forward to growing further in the Salesforce ecosystem, taking on more responsibilities, and contributing to bigger projects that make an impact.
If you could describe your ideal long-term career vision at CloudQ, what would it look like?
I just want to keep learning, growing with the team, and taking on more responsibility over time. My goal is to contribute as much as I can and keep improving in the Salesforce field.
