CHALLENGES

Manual Calculations: Error-prone manual math for complex glass dimensions and custom pricing caused delays and risk of costly errors.
Disconnected Lifecycle: Customer inquiries, job orders, delivery notes, and invoices were managed across disjointed processes without a unified hierarchy.
Data Volume & Visibility: Handling large dimensional datasets manually caused repetitive data entry and limited real-time visibility into production and finances.

APPROACH

We built a custom Zoho Creator application featuring automated calculation logic for glass measurements, custom pricing, and bulk CSV imports.
We established a connected transaction architecture spanning Proforma Invoices, multiple Job Orders, Delivery Notes, and consolidated Invoices, supported by automated PDF generation.
Finally, we integrated Zoho Books for synchronized accounting and Zoho Inventory for procurement and warehouse management.

The client achieved complete end-to-end operational visibility and eliminated manual calculation errors.
Automated workflows accelerated quote-to-invoice turnaround times, while seamless synchronization between Zoho Creator, Books, and Inventory removed duplicate data entry, providing management with real-time dashboards and a scalable framework for business growth.
