OBJECTIVE 

The objective of this project was to develop and implement a robust contacts and case management system that facilitates a seamless referral process between individuals (contacts) and businesses. The system aimed to enhance operational efficiency, improve the tracking of case information, and ensure accurate reporting of referral relationships and settlements.

CHALLENGES 

  • Complex Relationship Management: Managing intricate relationships between individuals and businesses presented significant challenges.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring data integrity between cases and their related contacts and businesses, such as referred individuals, referred businesses, and referred to businesses.
  • Referral Calculations: Calculating referral amounts and cumulative amounts against the number of cases, necessary for providing gifts to referrals.

APPROACH 

We adopted an agile approach, starting with a thorough assessment of the client’s requirements and existing systems. The implementation began with a pilot phase to test key functionalities, followed by iterative development and continuous feedback loops to refine the system. Regular training sessions and support were provided to ensure smooth adoption by the client.

The client gained improved efficiency in case management with streamlined processes for tracking and managing referrals. The new system provided accurate and uptodate information on case settlements and referral relationships, enhancing decisionmaking and strategic planning. It also reduced manual workload and potential errors, leading to faster case resolution and better service delivery.
