APPROACH

We built a custom Zoho Creator application centralizing reservations, guest profiles, structured check-in/out, and room transfers with real-time occupancy status.
We created role-based access for restaurant staff to track dining charges and integrated Zoho Books to automate customer sync, advance retainer invoices, final billing, and refund tracking, backed by real-time operational and occupancy dashboards.
